The /pass_create command launches a multi-step pass creation flow. Available to roles: resident, admin.

Step 2 — Expiration Date (Temporary only)

The date must be at least tomorrow and no later than December 31 of the current year.

Step 3 — Vehicle Type

If the plate is blacklisted, the flow ends:
