Role: Guard

Guards verify vehicle passes and manage the blacklist. The role is assigned by an administrator via an invite link.

Available Commands

Unblocking (/unblock_car) is available to administrators only.

Workflow

1. Vehicle arrives → verify pass: /verify_pass → enter plate
2. Suspicious vehicle → check blacklist: /check_block
3. Violation detected → block: /block_car (with reason and photo)
