Administrators have full blacklist access: block, check, and unblock vehicles (admin only).

Unblocking a Vehicle

Only administrators can unblock vehicles.

The bot prompts for the plate:

If the vehicle is blacklisted, the bot shows a confirmation:

• Unblocking does not restore cancelled passes
• After unblocking, residents can create new passes for this plate
