Role: User

The user role is the initial role for all new users. It grants access only to basic commands and does not allow creating passes or managing access.

Getting Started

1. Send /start

/start

The bot creates your account and responds:

Welcome! Account created.
Send /menu to see available commands.

2. View the Menu

/menu

You’ll see commands available for the user role.

3. Request a Role via Invite

You cannot change your role yourself. Contact an administrator — they’ll send you an invite link.

When you receive a link like https://t.me/terma_bot?start=inv_abc123, simply follow it. The bot will automatically assign your role:

Resident role granted. Welcome!

Important: one link = one activation. Do not share the link with others.
