A

Audit (audit_events) A log of all significant system actions: pass creation/cancellation, blocks, role assignments. Accessible to administrators.

Blacklist A list of blocked vehicle plates. Vehicles on the blacklist cannot receive passes.

Bot The Telegram bot — the primary interface for Terma Grand. All operations are performed through bot commands.

Invite link A single-use link for inviting a new user. Valid for 24 hours. Issued by an administrator.

Pass An entry authorisation for a vehicle. Contains: plate number, type, validity period, property reference, vehicle type.

Permanent pass A pass with no expiration date.

One-time pass A pass for a single entry. Marked as used after guard verification.

Temporary pass A pass with an expiration date.

Plate / Registration number The vehicle’s government registration plate. Stored in normalised form (no spaces, uppercase).

Property reference (propertyRef) The property/unit number associated with the pass. E.g. 42, Block A-7.

Role A user’s access level in the system: user, resident, guard, admin.

Wizard / Flow A multi-step dialogue scenario inside the bot: step-by-step data entry via buttons and text messages.
